MTX Group One was contracted by MaintenX International to furnish services for their contract with CVS Pharmacy, a subsidiary of CVS Health. The services provided were various as all project locations managed by MTX Group One were started and completed by our expert crews. MTX Group One’s prep work included the securing of the buildings, walking and analyzing the location to identify areas in need of repair, and pressure cleaning the exterior walls. Upon commencement of work, MTX Group One cut away damaged stucco and concrete areas to then furnish and install new stucco, and when the repairs were completed and checked for quality, our crews painted the entirety of the exterior of the building. Upon completion of the entire project, our team cleared out the work area, walked the area for safety, and worked with the client project manager to review and receive clearance that the work performed was beyond satisfactory.
