MTX Group One was contracted by Suntrust Banks Inc. at 49th Street to furnish services of asphalt demolition, asphalt repair, vacuum cleaning the catch basin, and water jetting the catch basin. The pre-work services included the securing of the areas that were to be addressed by our teams, and walking and analyzing the location to identify key areas to address and repair. Upon commencement of work, MTX Group One ensured the area was free of any obstacles or non-authorized personnel, removed and disposed of the cuts of asphalt that needed replacement, placed a limerock layer, and placed an asphalt layer compacted to proper density to avoid displacement of the elevation of the area in one days time. In addition, our crews vacuum cleaned and water jetted the 8 catch basin. Upon completion of the entire project, our team cleared out the work area, walked the area to ensure full completion, and worked with the client project manager to review and receive clearance on the work performed.
